villageplan-East formerly Family First Senior Care was founded in 2005 by Jennipher Ama, a Registered Nurse and Certified Care Manager. After facing a health care crisis with her own loved one, Jennipher's desire to advocate for individuals and families facing challenges of their own became a passion.
