Description:
The Radio Connection is based on the mentor-apprentice approach to learning the art of broadcasting. Students learn in one-on-one sessions with their mentor, a well-respected local radio DJ or podcaster in addition to taking the Radio Connection structured course curriculum.
Students will spend a minimum of 10 hours a week as an extern in an established Los Angeles radio station or podcast facility gaining real-world experience that cannot be duplicated in a classroom.
