The Bolster WBSn products are designed with an extended temperature ruggedized enclosure and holds the International Protection Marking of IP68 which is suitable for various harsh outdoor conditions. Our extended coverage and capacity is a result of our versatile radio algorithm based on our Beamforming with its inherent ability to suppress interference by 5 to 8 dB.
Our radio algorithm also includes Wireless Alvarion Rate Adaptation (WARA) which enables optimal rate selection in outdoor environments with high interference. Dynamic Interference Handling (DIH) algorithm, which continuously optimizes receiver’s parameters according to varying noise levels. Automatic Channel Selection (ACS) algorithm, which scans all channels and automatically selects the best operating channel.
The Avidity product series comprises indoor and outdoor platforms. Our indoor platform is built with an internal OMNI antenna. Our outdoor platform has two main antenna variants, external Omni antennas and internal sector antenna.
An evolution of Alvarion’s high performance outdoor Access Point, the Avidity series is both compliant with IEEE 802.11ac and backwards-compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n. Our product evolution allows us to provide sustainable solutions that can handle today’s capacity and performance needs.
