How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped insured via FedEx or USPS, with signature required upon delivery. We will provide tracking numbers upon shipment. Shipments generally are shipped within 3 days of purchase.

What’s your return policy?

We only accept returns on numismatics or rare collectible coins within 7 days of receipt. In order to return products, customer must contact our headquarters within 7 days of receipt and received a verbal Return Authorization code. The verbal RA code must be labeled on the front and/or topside of the box being returned with the items placed securely inside. Coins must then be received within the 7 days.
