To finance your company, we offer both silent and active partnerships or a combination of both.
In an active partnership, we become shareholders and through shares in your company we participate directly in the development of your company's value.
Fixed and variable investment fees at customary market rates are charged for silent partnerships.
We remain the minority shareholder in the case of a silent partnership.
Depending on the development phase and the financing requirements, we typically invest between €0.3m and €3.0m.
We are a temporary partner – an investment typically lasts for between four and eight years.
Our investment is often one of several modules in your overall financing. When our funds are used, the involvement of other partners is a key prerequisite. Co-investments by additional venture capital companies, private investors, industrial partners or banks can be both necessary and useful. Depending on the investment structure, we assume the role of lead investor, co-lead investor or co-investor.
