Content creation tool with a power of AI

Creative Engine is an application created for the creative agency that helps analyze video and marketing materials using AI and manage the projects inside the organization.

The platform gives the ability to set and track project tasks for employees, communicate with the customers, and automate the process of new project creation and discussions.

This project was done from scratch, using AI technologies such as Deepgram and Google Cloud Vision. These AI systems analyze videos that were uploaded either as a sample by the customer or at some stage of marketing material creation and allow users to see all of the objects that were used, logos that were shown as well as a color specter to simplify the process of video creation and save the time of the team members. It also allows agency customers to take part in all steps of the process and leave feedback or comments for the agency.
At last, 3rd party integrations with management platforms like Asana allows the agency to maintain the project throughout the lifecycle and save time and resources for management activities.

The project is already launched and is actively used by the agency to make the pipeline as smooth as possible.

Zima: Custom Voice Assistant for Smart Homes

The Zima custom smart voice assistant offers a solution for seamless smart home integration and control. Our client initially sought to implement a smart home system using Siri but encountered limitations in integration with devices outside of the Apple ecosystem.

To address these limitations, we have developed Zima using a Raspberry Pi and a 4-microphone Respeaker for optimal voice recognition and command processing. The system utilizes the K-nearest neighbors algorithm and Vord to Vec library for advanced voice command understanding and intention detection.

The Zima voice assistant offers a wide range of capabilities, including integration with messaging apps, Spotify, calendar and task management, and control of smart devices. Additionally, Zima can handle complex home scenarios such as playing music on TV upon arrival, clearing the hallway during inclement weather, and tracking the user's state in the home.

Overall, Zima offers a customizable and advanced solution for smart home voice control, surpassing the limitations of existing options such as Siri.

AI-Powered Personalized Media Suggestion System

The AI-based suggestion system is a revolutionary new way to personalize the media consumption experience for users. Our client approached us with the challenge of developing a system that goes beyond traditional methods of recommending content based on past views. They wanted a system that could take into account external factors such as time, day of the week, events in the user's calendar, and feedback from the user.
Our team rose to the challenge and developed a system that continuously gathers information from all of the user's Apple devices about the media they are currently consuming, including music, podcasts, films, and series.
The system then builds vectors based on this information and user preferences added during the initial setup, allowing for highly personalized and accurate content suggestions. Additionally, by comparing vectors of different users, the system can find matches and suggest content that people with similar tastes are likely to enjoy.
To achieve this, we used advanced data manipulation tools such as pandas and machine learning techniques like scikit-learn's cosine similarity to train the suggestion mechanism. We also leveraged the Pyatv library to facilitate communication with Apple devices. The system also incorporates user feedback, allowing it to adapt and improve over time.
This AI-based suggestion system offers users a new and exciting way to discover and consume media, providing a truly personalized and dynamic experience. It can be integrated into any streaming or media platform and customized to meet any client's specific needs.

Intelligent Safety Tracking

Trackable Safety is an App and IT system that provides quick and easy access to project and staff documents.

The App tracks all activities and provides a training platform for the team to complete inductions, training, and delegated project tasks. Additional benefits include a communication forum built for decisions and discussions between staff. 

 

We joined the project on the concept stage. The very first goal was identifying key features, writing documentation, and designing a technical solution.

The next goal was delivering proof of concept, so our partners could demo and discuss it with potential clients.

Clients were interested in the product, so we started the MVP stage. We've implemented MVP in 3 months and brought our first real users on board.

It was a success, and users were in love with the product we delivered.

After that, we started adding new features and adjusting the product based on users' feedback.

As a result, we did a great job together with our partner, revolutionizing and digitalizing the Public safety industry.

SidekickNetwork - the ultimate collaboration tool

SideKickNetwork is a platform for a creative agency that provides a quick and easy way for the agency to establish communication with freelancers and contractors.

Inviting them to the projects within different categories and budgets and establishing communication between a freelancer and customer(agency or any other customer) is possible.

The service gives the ability for the project owner to create and then invite whole teams or invite individual freelancers within and outside of the Sidekick Network to their projects/ideas.

Our team joined the project at the pivot stage. The system went through a pivot from a tool for establishing communication between people within the same co-working space to the freelance market as it is now. We’ve rewritten the old codebase, optimized the existing code, and changed the UI to enhance one.

We've implemented MVP after agreeing on the scope in 3 months and are continuing to do various enhancements to the platform.

As a result, we created a product already used by the creative agency and freelancers and helps save time, money, and resources.

The Construction Management tool for everyone

BuildPlanner is a tool for tracking your projects and your team. Easy-to-use scheduling, timesheets, drawings, team chat, and more.

We joined the project in the early MVP development stage. Another vendor partially developed the system.

The goal was to deliver MVP for entering the market in time.

We started by analyzing key features that should be delivered and their state. Then we did bug fixing, refactoring, UI/UX improvements, and implementations of the parts left.

 

As a result, our partner got a stable, user-friendly product to conquer the market.

LassoERP: Delivering Digital Solutions for Retail

The technical stack employed Vue, Uikit, Stripe integration, ExpressJs for backend, and ArrangoDB, which was chosen for its reliability and efficiency.
