We are a startup based out of Helsinki, Finland. callstats.io is our first product, and it was built to monitor and manage the media quality in our WebRTC application. We now offer this as Software as a Service (SaaS) and dub it as "like Google Analytics for WebRTC". Our vision with callstats.io is to enable our customers to provide the best multimedia experience to their users. callstats.io monitors and manages the performance of the multimedia calls in an WebRTC application, we provide a Javascript client library that measures the performance and present this on our dashboard. The callstats.io dashboard provides service- and call-level metrics; which helps WebRTC service providers/app developers to identify endpoints or users experiencing poor media quality; and diagnose networking issues.
