Circuitwise is a contract electronics manufacturer specialising in complex electronics devices. The products we manufacture are typically used in industries where safety and reliability is critical, such as mining, aerospace and the MedTech industry.
Formerly Tresmine Pty Ltd, the company was established in 1987 by Roz and Greg Ross and renamed in 2014.
Circuitwise is now run by siblings Serena Ross and Sean Ross, who took over day-to-day operational management from their parents in 2019.
Today the business employs a staff of over 70 people. The company prides itself on a high retention rate with 90% of employees having been with the company more than ten years. The retention rate underpins the company’s quality assurance, as all staff have a high degree of familiarity with the systems.
