General information:

Classroom365 delivers managed IT support and specialist ICT services built specifically for education. We help primary, secondary and multi-academy trust (MAT) environments across London and the South East keep teaching and learning running smoothly with a blend of responsive helpdesk support, scheduled onsite suport visits, proactive monitoring and clear SLAs. Our enhanced DBS-checked engineers are accredited and experienced across Microsoft, Apple and Google for Education, as well as the classroom and infrastructure hardware schools rely on every day.

We design, secure and support whole-school infrastructure: resilient wired and wireless networks, high-density classroom Wi-Fi, switching and firewalls, plus safeguarding-aligned content filtering in line with guidance such as KCSIE. Our team manages Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Apple deployments; implements device management with Intune and Google Admin; and handles identity, MFA, patching and endpoint protection so pupils and staff can work safely and reliably.

For continuity, we implement backup and disaster-recovery strategies for both servers and cloud workloads, with clear testing and reporting.

Beyond day-to-day support, we deliver end-to-end classroom and site technologies, including interactive panels/whiteboards and AV for classrooms and halls, PA systems, CCTV, and standards-compliant structured data cabling. Projects are scoped carefully, risk-managed and scheduled with out-of-hours change windows to minimise disruption to lessons and events.

Every engagement starts with a practical audit, asset register and remediation plan. We then agree on a roadmap aligned to curriculum priorities and budget, reviewed termly with transparent reporting. Where needed, we liaise with MIS vendors and third parties, manage supplier escalations, and coordinate summer refreshes, migrations and network upgrades.

As a recommended partner for schools across London and the South East, we also support programmes such as the DfE’s Connect the Classroom scheme by planning and delivering fast, reliable wireless infrastructure upgrades for schools, academies, and trusts across the UK. Our approach is straightforward and school-first: quick response, plain-English communication and engineers who understand how classrooms operate. Whether you’re a single school seeking dependable support or a MAT standardising ICT across multiple sites, Classroom365 provides reliable support, secure infrastructure and future-ready technology that works.
