CONNECTOR73 - communication service which brought together businesses (people from the companies) and their customers, by combining the different ways to communicate and remove barriers to this communication. As well as create their own new and innovative ways to communicate between person-to-person and person-to-device.
MessageTrack is the application used for exchanging texts, voice messages and photos in real-time mode. It works with CONNECTOR73 communications cloud system and Zultys Unified Communications platform.
Today, as part of our service CONNECTOR73 we implement artificial intelligent for communication system, which is designed to solve the issues of simplicity and efficiency of communications between clients / partners (external customers) and employees of the company.

HOW IT WORKS?
Our solution works as an add-on for communications system and collects detailed information about everything happening in it. The process of information gathering happens all the time.
1. For incoming calls is stored in what way they reach the destination, how many actions are doing for that, what types of action, and how much time it took.
2. For outgoing calls is stored as users use communications with the outside world, when, how and with what channels of communication.
3. All collected data is the source for analysis and training.
At a time when the initial training is completed and results are ready, our solution begins to prepare assumptions. Based on the assumptions are makes some rules to be quickly and efficiently connect customers and employees. These rules apply to the BOTs, and starts the data collection for the evaluation of the results and further adjustments.
