Experior Venture Fund I (EVF) is a venture capital fund, which invests in innovative companies with high growth potential and a motivated team, with experience in the particular business.

Experior Venture Fund I was created together with National Capital Fund (“NCF”). Money invested by the NCF is derived from the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.

The capitalization of the Fund amounts to 80 million PLN, half of which comes from the NCF, and the rest of capitalization coming from private investors.

Investment Criteria

We provide growth capital to companies that: are at the following stages of development: early growth / growth / expansion; provide innovative products, marketing strategies, technical solutions, process innovations with a high entry barrier for the competition; introduce a product / service to the market for the first time, expand operations, develop a market for the product / services, increase capacity / service; have a consistent high quality management team with strong motivation, skills and potential for the rapid project development; generate incomes and positive cash flows, or are willing and able to provide those in a reasonable time period; are registered on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Our Investment Strategy

We are interested in taking both a majority stake, as well as a minority stake (under appropriate corporate rights). We are interested in medium-term investment horizon of 3-5 years. We are open to different sectors and areas of Polish market. Funds invested by us are allocated for increasing company’s equity. The Fund does not finance the purchase of shares from company’s current owners
