You are
- Strongly passionate about health and organic food
- Genuinely interested in sustainable production and future-oriented urban farming
- Strong interest in startups, sales and rapid business growth
- Highly proactive and self-sufficient
- Motivated, positive and energetic
- Creative and solution-oriented
- Organised with great time-management skills
- Calm under pressure and can handle stress well
- Analytical with ability to assess situations and review systems, solving, refining or forming new operations
Experience
- Previous work experience in a dynamic startup environment preferred
- 2 years professional work experience, internships or employment
- Social media management and creative work (photography etc)
- Experience in scaling operations and or agriculture is a big plus
- Fluent in financial management
- Project management tools such as Trello or similar, Excel, Google Workspace
Requirements
- Driving license
- Flexibility with working hours
- Good English and preferably also Portuguese
- Literacy and great communication skills
- Social, friendly and well-connected person who is ready to spread the word about our business!
