Stream from your browser

Hypersay Studio lives in your browser. There’s no app to install, no admin permissions required. Just open a Hypersay Studio, share a link with your speakers and go live. Easy!

Multi-cast

Stream to one or more locations at the same time. We support scenarios where you stream to another Hypersay Event but also to Youtube Live and Facebook Live at the same time. All through multi-cast RTMP.

Green room

Speaker management is hard. Are they connected? Does their microphone work? Headphones on? Camera? Can they share their slides? Manage and check all these situations from the safety of the green room before promoting a speaker to the live scene.

Ghost-sharing

Screen-sharing at a distance! With Hypersay Events you can share your screen on the live stage without yourself being present on the stage. Do it from the safety of the green-room. Excellent for scenarios where a speaker wants you to manage their slides.

Dynamic scenes

We support various scenes to handle static, dynamic and live content during your streaming session. Expect configurable scenes, dynamic backgrounds, countdowns and auto-layouts.

Auto-layout

The core of a live-stream is one or more speakers sharing the stage. We offer a smart auto-layout, self-adjusting video scene where individual cameras share the space according to their total number, screen-sharing status or the highlighted speaker.

1080p streaming

Stream at 1080p by default to all RTMP endpoints. Lower resolutions do impact negatively the message you are trying to deliver to your audience.

Play a recorded video

Live streams often need to play pre-recorded videos: a pre-recorded keynote, an ad, a launching video, a message from the sponsors, etc. Hypersay Events makes mixing live and pre-recorded video a trivial task by allowing video-sharing at the highest quality. Like sharing your screen, but better.

Stage chat and translations

When Hypersay Studio streams into Hypersay Events platform, you have access to the stage chat. Stay on top of the discussions in the chat, respond to them in real-time. Collect questions, answer concerns and even show a chat post as a layer inside the live stream itself. Written in another language? Translate it on the spot with our built-in translation service.

Fair pricing

We believe that the industry standard of establishing pricing based on the number of registrants is unfair to event organisers. This results in 40% to 60% overcharging. Our pricing is based on actual attendees, i.e. attendees that actually attended your live event. You don't pay for unused tickets. You will pay less using Hypersay Events. Starting at £0.50 / attendee.

Engaging

The social nature of online events is often overlooked. After all organising a sound agenda and making sure speakers know what they’re doing is already difficult enough: the attendee engagement becomes an afterthought. Not with Hypersay Events, though. We’ve built the platform in such a way as to empower attendees to engage with each-other, explore and discover without the need to rely on event organisers. Besides in-chat mentions, emojis and translations, we’ve made it an industry-first to allow attendees to create ad-hoc watch-parties to enjoy the event from the comfort of a small social bubble. Introducing FrontRows, an entirely new way to enjoy digital events.

Rich features & Integrations

Digital events rely on many inter-connected systems to work together well at scale. We have developed a end-to-end solution for hosting digital events with 50+ built-in features. However, we recognise that sometimes other custom tech setups are necessary: you can easily extend Hypersay Events by connecting with thousands of other solutions in 3 different ways:

No more slides they’ll want to skip. Hypersay Slides allows the upload of any presentation onto the audience’s devices, to engage with the content through live quizzes, ad-hoc questions, polls and more. For next level-interactive courses, lectures, and presentations.

Live Presentations - How do they work?

Slides are great but not enough. Use Hypersay Slides to engage your audience by sharing your slides through a QR code, add interactions such as live polls and gather feedback at the end. All in one screen.

Step 1: Upload your slides

Start by uploading your slides: PDFs, PowerPoints and Google Slides are accepted. For best consistency, we recommend exporting your slides first to PDF. Once you upload your file, Hypersay Slides will analyse the slides, convert them to high-resolution images and optimise them for delivery to your attendees's devices and large screens.

Step 2: Add interactions

Once you’ve uploaded your slides, you are ready to start adding interactions. We provide templates from simple yes/no polls to complex opinion (Likert) scales to suit all your enquiring needs. Diversify by using open-ended questions, interactive images and other quirky ways to capture your audience’s attention.

Step 3: Go live!

Now you are ready to start your presentation. Use the “welcome screen” to share the secret code with your audience, see how they connect to your session and, when ready, hit the “start session button”. Show time!

We offer you fine controls such as freezing the questions and revealing the answers only when needed. Gather questions on the question wall and keep an eye on their participation levels. All from one screen.

Step 4: How did it go? See analytics

Great presentations don’t end when you leave the room! After you close the session you can immediately access session analytics. Here you can take the “digital pulse” of your participants: see how engaged they were, who lagged behind and who performed above expectations and even learn about your own time spent on specific slides. A wealth of data to improve your next sessions.
