Knip AG was founded in September 2013 by Dennis Just and Christina Kehl. The fast-growing team includes over 70 employees in Zurich, Berlin and Belgrade. The startup receives funding from venture capital investors from Berlin, London and Zurich, and is registered with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, IHK. It is certified by the German Technical Inspection Association TÜV.
Knip is an innovative digital insurance manager that allows users an easy to understand overview and analysis of existing insurance policies, tariffs and services. Upon customer request, the Knip team consults on customers' insurance policies; users can electronically change their tariffs, conclude new insurance contracts and terminate old ones. Knip cooperates with all Swiss and the vast majority of German insurance companies, and can thusly provide independent and transparent consultancy.
