MyPlazze was born from the belly of Minty Host, a three-year-old company that currently manages more than 200 properties in Madrid and Seville. During this time, we have realized that the operations are demanding standards in the procedures similar as the hotels ones. Not only that, the travelers are also demanding a closer experience than the current online messaging. In addition, property owners also demand a better control in the access and energy consumption, as both usually become trouble spots. The reality is that we cannot have a reception in each house with employees addressing all these challenges, so we had to look for a technological solution.
