The Space
NEXUS consist mainly of open spaces into which are placed 18 workstations.
7 closed offices are provided as well, with capacities varying from 1 persons up to 5 persons.
Our approach, an hybrid between a business center and a coworking space, can be highly advantageous
for small businesses looking to have some level of discretion and confidentiality in their operations
but also need some flexibility and good possibilities for very short term expansion.
The area of the Nexus Montreal office is about 5500 sq. ft. into which around 70 persons can come and work.
PRICES FOR SHARED SPACES: ONLY $219 PER MONTH
The shared spaces are now for rent to our new members
for only $219+tx per month (business taxes are included).
Office space rental includes 24/7 access to the office,
exclusive use of a desk and a chair, Internet access, printers, meeting
rooms,
kitchen and all other amenities of the office.

Closed offices
Nexus Montreal also offers several closed offices for rent to its members.
The closed offices are of various sizes, ranging from 1 to 5 office spaces per closed room.
