DEVELOPMENT OF CONVENIENT B2B APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ADVISERS AND THEIR CLIENTS

We developed a web application that provides an easy way to collect and update client data using a modern web interface that store collected data into Redtail CRM. Onlinico developed this b2b web app that has been widely adopted in the fields of finance and other commercial markets and was greeted with great interest by Redtail's users.

Сomponents of the solution

Our development team developed two websites: one for financial advisors and one for their clients. The Financial Advisor Site lets administrators configure which data should be collected from clients. The Client Site provides the advisor’s clients easy and convenient forms to help keep their information updated.

Application Details

Many financial advisors use Redtail CRM to manage their customer data. RedCapture captures the customers’ profile via webforms and integrates with the Redtail API to create a new customer record in the CRM. Financial advisors are able to sign up for the monthly service at RedCapture.com and add a credit card for payment. RedCapture charges monthly per advisor, allows to add its own logo and add advisors which each with their own advisor-specific link to send to their new customers to fill out the forms. Currently the system is integrated with Redtail CRM.

Among the main features of this web application are the following: custom authentication based on Redtail authentication for advisors, custom authentication for clients using SMS, dynamic client forms which can be configured on the advisor site.

Task information

Onlinico received the application from the client after the first development cycle. The goals included: improve app stability, add new social media driven features to provide insights into companies and key personnel, add new end-user settings and customizations, add social login into application, update the web application with the same same features as the mobile app, and add a cross-platform application subscription feature for both web and mobile.  

Details of implemented solution

Onlinico developed and designed a web app and an iOS app with cloud and Salesforce integrations. One of the solutions in In-Depth SalesIntel is the implementation of one cross-platform system of subscription that allows a user to buy subscription one time and use all features for both platforms regardless whether the client is running from the iPhone or via the web.

The iOS app was rewritten using Swift 3.4 and based on proven frameworks: Alamofire, Kingfisher, Charts, SalesforceSDK, PurchaseKit. The application included social networks integrations and in-app purchases.

The web app was built on a modern, powerful web stack: React, Redux, and CSS-in-JS(styled-components) were used to build this Progressive Web App (PWA).

Currently, the platform is integrated with Salesforce, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, Dropbox, and Box.

An advanced project time management app

It allows companies to manage projects which are under active development, keep a record of employees working hours and always have clear up-to-date information, to sum up activities for billing customers for time spent on development.

Details of the application

As our company grew, we faced the need to improve accountability for timekeeping. Existing software products did not suit us for one reason or another (incomplete functional, unnecessary features), therefore, it was decided to develop the necessary tool for use within the company, taking into account all existing needs and nuances: the need of project time reporting, the formation of time sheets, the management of time spent on development within certain time intervals, self-control timer, connect App Domain with already existing users for swift and calm authorization in system. The main goal we pursued while working on the CREW system was the ability to quickly gather information about the time spent on product development and provide it to the client quickly and in a visual format.

Onlinico experts created a web application for project time management. In the process of working on the project, additional functions were added to the originally planned functionality. Also, mobile iOS / Android applications were developed.
