Will I be having a full time dedicated developer?

Yes you will have your own dedicated developer(s), who will work 160 hours in one month for your project. You can utilize our ready to use IT infrastructure of 200 workstations and 3 dedicated leased lines, which will ensure elimination of work interruption.

What are your hourly and monthly rates for a single dedicated developer?

We charge $15-$20 per hour to offer our single resource to you for hire. The minimum tenure is of one month for one project to start with. There are no hidden and start up cost.

What will be the rates for smaller assignments?

We prefer to take projects of minimum of one month. If the project is of smaller size, then you can hire our dedicated developer for minimum 15 days. The price will be higher for the smaller time period project. i.e. $15 per hour for 15 days.

How much skilled and experienced are your developers?

We have expert team of 80+ developers having average experience of 3+ years. The team strength for each department is as follows: iPhone: 35+, Android: 18+, Blackberry: 10+ , Windows Phone: 5+

Do you provide resume of developers?

Yes we do provide detailed resume of chosen developers for hire. You can then choose the best developers whose skills and experience suits to your requirement.

How many days do you work per day?

We work 5 days in a week excluding Saturday and Sundays. Our developers will be available for 8 hours a day.

How do we communicate and monitor the project development with our hired developer?

We have our own project management system where you will be able to monitor daily progress. You can have your separate login id and p/w to use our PMS. You can create the task, assign work and take the follow up for your dedicated developers through our systems. Our developers would be available via IM’s (Skype, Gtalk, yahoo, etc), so that you can communicate faster.

Will I have the complete control over developers I hire from your company?

They would be working dedicatedly as your employee. Yes you will have the total access to your team through chat, emails, calls and Skype with daily and weekly reporting.

What is the Lead time required to ramp up the resources?

Dedicated team for your project will be set up quickly to initiate work within few hours of project acquisition.

What is your payment structure?
