WHAT FUNDING DO STARTUPS GET AT PULSAR VENTURE CAPITAL ACCELERATION PROGRAM?

Startups get $15,000 in cash and $15,000 in services in exchange for 10-15% equity.

DO I NEED TO FORM A NEW COMPANY TO GET INVESTMENTS?

Yes, the Founders are required to have incorporated the Startup as a limited liability company (Ltd.) in the Russian Federation to receive initial funding. If the Startup attracts next round investments, incorporation in jurisdictions outside Russia might be considered.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE 10 FINALISTS? WHAT ARE THE SELECTION CRITERIA?

We're looking for early-stage B2B startups from FinTech, Ad Tech, e-Commerce, and Industrial & Infrastructure Solutions. We will assess your product, potential market and team competencies to make a final decision about finalists. We are going to select the best of the best so be sure to have: Brilliant teams of 2+ founders (you might be the One – but we invest in teams) Prototype or MVP (ideas are great – but you have to show us something tangible) Global market ambitions (aim high - your solution should have a cross-regional application) English skills (be ready to get the best out of Silicon Valley) Highly motivated self-starters with can-do attitude (we are here to help you - but remember, this is your business)

Yes, at all stages.

CAN I APPLY IF OUR COMPANY OR FOUNDERS ARE NOT FROM RUSSIA? CAN YOU HELP WITH VISA/IMMIGRATION ISSUES?

We welcome applications from all around the world but we mainly target Russia and CIS countries. If you're accepted, you'll need to have a legal right to work in Russia. You might also need visa to the USA. We can assist by sending you an official invitation letter, all visa expenses should be covered by the Founders.
