Any returned item(s) must be sent back unused and in a resalable condition with the original packaging and any tags must be intact, within 14 days of receipt of your order. IMPORTANT Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Secret Sales reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to you. This includes items that have been returned outside the 14 day returns period. To return an item please follow these simple steps 1. Click on your order in the "MY ACCOUNT" section and follow the step by step instructions to create your return label. 2. Enclose this dispatch note with your item explaining the reason you have return your item. 3. Print out the return label and affix it to your package. 4. Details of your return will be found on SECRETSALES.COM when you log into "MY ACCOUNT" section.
