With experience handling complex litigation, I have successfully represented publicly traded companies, obtained ex parte orders halting unlawful competition, and won motions against major law firms and government entities. I have subpoenaed cryptocurrency exchanges, major card brands, online platforms, transportation companies, and financial institutions—both in prosecution and defense. My work has taken me into international litigation, where I have deposed fraudsters operating across borders and secured crucial documents in discovery battles. My legal practice spans state and federal courts, including Superior Courts in Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
