Based in both Holborn, Central London and Finchley, North London, my name is Rachel and I'm an experienced BACP-registered Integrative Therapist which means that I combine a blend of different approaches and techniques. My goal is to tailor these methods to suit your unique needs. I work with adults either in person or online via zoom. Specialising in anxiety, depression, and complex mental health issues, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to help.
