An attractive three year rent subsidy model provides a stable financial basis for young entrepreneurs who have been self-employed for a maxium of six years. Each new venture is applicable for funding in selected offices for up to 50 m² of office space.

Rent subsidies for office units

in 1st year: EUR 3.60 / m²
in 2nd year: EUR 2.80 / m²
in 3rd year: EUR 2.00 / m²
The rent subsidy model also applies to new ventures which move into our co-working space (applicable for a maximum of 3 desks).

Rent subsidies for coworking space

in 1st year: EUR 50 / desk
in 2nd year: EUR 40 / desk
in 3rd year: EUR 30 / desk
The amount of subsidies available for tenants of Softwarepark Hagenberg is limited. Subsidies will be granted on a 'first come, first served' basis.
