SpringTab provides better intelligence and personalization to increase conversion.

Every website should have as many versions as visitors. We help brands increase revenue by accessing hidden user info and personalizing content publishing. We do this the same way Facebook provides tailored ads to their users.

Our desire is to create the best experience. We do this by providing a Social Business Intelligence Tool that helps Content Providers, such as Publishers or Online Retailers, who use Single Sign-On, achieve better conversion by revealing social insights about their target group that creates personalized user experience.

Nowadays, as an e-commerce owner or online publisher we have a lot of data available, we have the numbers but we don’t know and don’t understand the why. Let’s say someone buys a GoPro. We know it as a data, but why? Is it for extreme sports or travels or just for fun?

With SpringTab you can Increase ROI with a better user experience by simply auto-creating tailored versions of digital content. Earlier it was impossible to reach the consumer in a personal manner on a mass communication level. Now the desired user experience can be provided on digital platforms. May it be a travel agency website showing ski offers only to those who can ski, or a coupon newsletter only displaying interesting offers?

 

FAQ: 
I don’t trust Facebook Login.
This is a totally standardized process, like Google Analytics code. Anyone who advertises via FacebookAds or uses, for example, Google DoubleClick agrees to the same terms. This is true for brands and customers as well. In addition to agreeing to these terms, we require users to give their broader permission at some points.
I dont want others to be able to access my data/users.
We understand this, and there are two ways: We agree on a white label cooperation. We never use YOUR data, but the social data of users visiting your site (much like Google AdWords). It should be noted here that others will never be able to access your users, and they will only receive data about which one of their categories a certain user falls into. We want to stay clear of database trading. Our goal is to maximize user experience and thus we have to keep their interest in mind.
I wouldn't like to pay after users you collect through my website.
We are open to any proposal you would like to make about the basis for your payment. The main idea in our proposal is the following: Although the SpringTab-User-Facebook triangle connects on your page, the information we collect is unrelated to your brand's data. Also, we constantly update user information through other websites too, and, thanks to our network, the cookies will never expire as they get renewed on every page.
This doesn't fit in our budget.
What pricing would you suggest that would be suitable for you? What about a performace based model?
I could develop this for myself.
Yes, it is indeed possible to develop this in half-a-year or so. Which is also true for any SaaS. However, we have several years' know-how of the service that comes with your purchase. What's more, our product works as a network, which means it is possible, for example, to update user data anytime, or to personalize for users already authenticated elsewhere. These are things that self-developed software will never be able to do.
There is nothing on my page to personalize. (I don't have enough content.)
It is always possible to personalise, the question is whether it is worth it or not. Explain the situation to us. One practically risk-free option is to do a promotion which utilizes SpringTab personalization. It is a good way to collect information for sales support.
Our system is not yet ready for this.
Have you considered building a micro-site?
I cannot afford to allocate developers to this.
You don't need to. Making most of the changes will be nothing but a routine task for a developer. And, in any case, our dedicated team is also ready to lend a hand with integration any time.
This product is not for my clients.
Tell us more about them. SpringTab is an option, the freedom of personal choice. If there are even a few visitors who prefer this, then it is wise to consider using SpringTab - what you are aiming at, after all, is to become the leading company in the market, and what you need for that is the best experience for your clients.
How do I reach people who would not use Facebook Login?
Facebook Login isn't necessary. It is possible to use unique e-mail or custom SSO for logging in, although in these cases the SetUp period takes longer. In the meantime, we use a little trick to go around this, which is to find friends of the user who have already logged in with their Facebook and use their preferences as a replacement.
I don't want Facebook Login on my site.
What are the reasons behind your misgivings? We think it's useful from a freedom of choice point of view (see janrain.com). It is possible to authenticate with unique SSO, e-mail, or other social channels such as Gmail or LinkedIn. But personalization can also be done based on a plain questionnaire (without logging in). Another option is to log in to Facebook via an external site (microsite, Facebook app) and the only change to the main site will be the personalization.
I already have a contract with a company who does research / development / SaaS for my company.
This indicates how conscious the brand is. What we do is help your partner to achieve even better results. It isn't about which one is better, but how effective they can be if combined. What can really add a lot to all this is our service's ability to provide you with a one-hundred-percent representative sample.
You don't have statistics to support the ROI.
We are only at the beginning but we can validate it. The statistics of the projects for Sziget, Furla, Supercoupon can be used here. We can also make calculations (Jens model). The ROI, however, is unique for every company. Also we shouldn't just be talking about short-term pay-off, since - on account of customer satisfaction, improved conversion rate and the database - you will notice improvements in these areas too: aftersales, upselling, comeback etc.
I can't allocate another person to configure or watch and deal with this all the time.
The platform itself is super simple, like managing FacebookAds. You could consider assigning the job to the same team of employees who manage that. Of course, we can help you in this as well, so that someone on our side dedicated to this would do the reconfiguring based on the changes in the target groups.

What is the degree of personalization that is possible with SpringTab?
This depends only on you, practically. From modifying the order of sliders to custom boxes to the personalization of the entire page, anything is possible. We deliver information about your visitors, but what the brand uses it for is their creative call. We would like to mention that an important factor in this issue is how advanced the structure of the site is, that is, does it use keywords, categories, and so on. Once we get familiar with the page structure, we will be able to come up with better solutions too.
What are the pieces of personal infomation you consider?
We currently use Facebook profiling, so we can use all the information a user publishes on Facebook, that is: their gender, age, location, relationship status, liked pages, check-ins, etc.
What kind of analytics are behind this?
We utilize Javascript Callback, a plain, 5-line, 1 kilobyte piece of code. We would gladly send you a copy of the documentation containing all the details and specification needed by developers.
I would prefer another business model.
We are ready to talk about it. What would be your proposition?
I won't get going with this. There is too much data filtering involved.
Let's begin with exact KPIs and personalization, then add data filtering, and collect data. We will show you how a profile looks like, and make suggestions on how to use data.
I would like to try it for free.
There is a free trial option which contains the limited version of our service. We reduce the risk by signing a 3-months' GONOGO type contract, which allows you to decide after the 3rd month whether or not you would like to continue cooperation.
Tell me more about the research process.
We cooperate with Adatlaborom Kft. which is led by Big Data Specialist Tamás Mester (ex-Prezi). It takes a month or two after we receive data to analyze it and fine-tune personalization based on the target groups we have found. It is worth considering repeating this process on a quarterly or half-year's basis.
I would like to see some statistics.
Of course. We can send either of our case studies: Sziget or Furla.
Can you hold up any case studies?
As we are relatively new, we don't have our own case studies regarding this branch of industry yet. However, we can rely on research in this area made by others and also on our own research in other areas to accurately estimate the effect. If you think about it, it puts you in advantage if you are the first one in the industry to exploit this feature.
This is like a recommendation engine and I'm already using one of those.
Recommenders are anonymous and analyze the users' behaviour within the site. SpringTab authenticates users first, and then personalizes the site based on their available personal information. With us, it is not necessary for the user to spend any time on your website, meaning we can create personalized service, product or content for relevant visitors on their first encounter with the brand. For the best effect, we recommend using both. After the user has spent a while on your page, recommenders can leap into action, as they can guess what is relevant for the user based on the actual search. SpringTab is positioned before those, so as to increase the percentage of users who spend time on your site, and thus boosting the effect of recommendation engines themselves.
I have already seen such a product.
