St. Oberholz

Through Berlin’s most beautiful staircase, you will reach a wonderful Altbau-office that was already used as a bureau by the Aschingers at the turn of the last century. It is located directly above the coffee shop and spans the whole floor. We have three co-working rooms, a conference room, and a kitchen with lots of tea and a coffee machine. The old design of the rooms has been preserved and contrasted with contemporary design elements. On the third and fourth floor the apartments are located, which are perfect to rent for work-shops, projects, or simply for holidays: to work, or to live and sleep.

Directly above the St. Oberholz coffee shop you can find our member’s coworking space. Each member gets a key and can use the office space 24/ 7. We provide everything that a usual office would offer, only that you do not have a fixed desk and your table-mate is likely to change! There is a conference room (for up to 8 people) that can also be rented by non-members on an hourly/ daily basis.
The conference room at St.Oberholz works perfectly well for meetings up to 10 persons and is equipped with flipchart, presentation cards, video projector and a coffee machine.

Prices for non-members: EUR 20,- net per hour/ EUR 150,- net per day

Our apartments over the St. Oberholz are each comprised of three bedrooms, a living, and a meeting room, and thus very well suited for a combination of work & sleep overs – or for larger conferences.
