4. Business Plan

If this preliminary assessment of your summary proves positive, then we will want to see a complete business plan. This should present your concept, your product and your corporate vision in detail. At the same time, our investment team will ask to meet with you.

5. Due Diligence

If this further assessment enhances our positive impression, then a process of in-depth consultations with you and with technology and market experts begins. Thorough technical and legal due diligence examinations will help us towards a final overall evaluation of your proposal.

6. Investment Contract

After positive due diligence examinations we will send you a term sheet. A general agreement can then be drawn up as well as a contract laying down the conditions, nature and the amount of the investment.
