Do you sell email database?

We regard our clients’ email databases as highly confidential information. We do not sell or distribute any email databases to third parties. Our services encompass sending and managing your email marketing campaigns as well as monitoring, optimizing, and making strategic recommendations based on acquired campaign statistics to help you grow your email list

How do I make sure my email list is secured?

We are committed to the confidentiality of our clients’ email databases. Our system is encrypted and is audited by data security standard in accordance to OWASP guideline. We are willing to make a Non-Disclosure Agreement with all our clients.

I’m looking for an email marketing software. Can I purchase and host the Taximail’s software on my server?

Taximail email marketing platform is composed of many different complex modules such as email blasting and filtering components. The platform requires a large number of IPs for installation, and involves coordination with many email service providers such as Gmail and Yahoo for Feedback Loop to manage junk mails. Given the complexity of the platform, the system is designed and developed as a cloud service, and cannot be installed separately.

Do I have to install any new software on my computer to use Taximail?

Taximail is a web-based application. You can simply log-in the Taximail application using your web browser on your computer, iPads, or even your mobile phones. You don’t need to download any new software to use the platform.

What do monthly plans include?

• The free monthly-plan user is entitled to 5,000 free email credits every month. This is regardless the user will only use 1,000 email credits, the remaining 4,000 email credits will not carry over to the next month. It will be fixed points of only 5,000 credit points each month that will be automatically added to the free plan account. • For any monthly subscription you have already paid, you can increase or decrease either your “number of subscribers” or the “number of emails per month” you send out to an amount that causes you to go to another pricing level.
