Our staff have been instrumental in the delivery of City and Guild and Awarding Body accredited programmes for over 20 years.
They have worked with a variety of Colleges and companies to
include, Ford (Skillnet), The AA, Shooters Hill College, Chelmsford
College, and Havering College. They have vast experience in a variety of
career sectors such as Interior Design, Painting and Decorating, Motor
Vehicle Technology, and Jewellery Design, working as Lecturers,
Verifiers, Consultants and Assessors.
Caroline Desmond is an award winning Painter & Decorator
(London Builders Medal in Silver) who also specialises in Decorative Techniques. Caroline is a registered Jeweller who has worked in Hatton Garden as a production and Design Jeweller. Caroline has also achieved distinctions in the prestigious Regents Academy Interior Design qualification.
Tim Desmond achieved the accolade of
leading the AA Workbased Training team to Ofsted recognition as one of
‘The Top 30′ Training companies in the UK. Tim went onto conduct Motor Vehicle Technology Testing
throughout the UK as part of a recruitment process leading to the
employment of thousands of Motor Technicians across the UK.
Tim is also Adobe qualified in Web Design (ACA) and Health and Safety (Nebosh) and has recruited award winning
sales teams. Tim was pivotal as a Development consultant in the creation
of the AA Home Serve Service. Tim has also worked as part of the Ford
Technical Training Team and has delivered Customer Service NVQ’s for
Ford.
