Account Manager

Splay’s agency Cocoon will take a leading role in offering strategy solutions within digital communication for the Nordic markets, adapted for an increasingly digital audience. We are entering the market with advanced know-how within data-driven content production and digital video distribution strategies.

What we want you to do
As an Account Manager you are responsible of selling Cocoon’s digital marketing products. Together with other Account Managers you will create Cocoon’s client list. You will develop an in-depth relationship and trust with the client together with other Account Managers your job is to create a solid and long-term client list. You are responsible for guiding clients through their digital transformation and to cater to their identified needs. The Job requires you to do need-analysis and identifying possible conceptual solutions for clients. You will work in project groups where your focus will be to represent the original concept and agreements such as the voice of the client.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with clients
  • Build and maintain a high level of satisfaction
  • Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities
  • Create demand for the organization’s products and services by raising their profile with customer
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
  • Conduct regular strategy and status meetings with clients

What we ask of you

We want you to be a real sales maximizer with the ability to always see opportunities and strive to develop accounts and offer the best solutions to the client. We also want you to have a strong passion for social media and a strong belief in digital transformation. You are a communicative inspirer with great social skills and you have the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the client to identify the key aspect in order to inspire and present products.   • Proven success in selling concepts within media communications
  • Prior experience in social media
  • Proficiency with representation tools; Keynote, PPTX
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota as a sales rep
