The Atos Unify brand is known for her leading top-quality telco and collaboration HW/SW and Cloud solutions.

 

Mission of our new Unified Communication and Collaboration Account Manager:

Offer a mix of commercial drive and expert technical support to Unify channel partners and have an active role in the acquisition and development of new and existing business opportunities in the Netherlands and potentially across BeNeLux and The Nordics (BTN).

The role of Atos Unify Sales:

As part of the Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) division you’ll be working on opportunities as either an individual or with colleagues from UCC or other Atos divisions. Together with your colleagues in the region you will work on projects, share knowledge and be challenged by other questions colleagues might have on their projects.

UCC Sales provide innovative solutions to address client business challenges based on the Atos portfolio of products and associated services providing high quality technical authorship, advice to bid and tender support to bid teams. We use the language of the client and vary content depending upon the audiences’ level of seniority and understanding of technology. The conversations with clients may be in regular meetings, workshops, online meeting or presentations in the Atos Business Technology Innovation Centers or on client premises.

 

Specs:

  • You grow and retain existing large accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
  • You grow and retain existing SME accounts by presenting new solutions and services via our resellers
  • You identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and resellers by up-selling and cross-selling
  • You identify new potential Key Accounts
  • You work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives
  • Handle objections and work through differences to a positive conclusion
  • You set targets for sales and provide support to the client to continually improve the client relationship
  • You develop the pipeline of new business
  • You identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • You submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
  • You prepare and present the sales forecast and ensure you meet the figures

     

Profile

  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Proven experience in C-level account management
  • Proven experience in SME sales via resellers
  • Proven experience in Telco, Unify experience is pre
  • Feeling for technology
  • Used to sales management tools and practices
  • Strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional
  • Capable to prioritize and keep business focus
  • Able to work in a matrix environment and connect with various stakeholders
  • Precise, organized personality with attention on detailed execution
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
