Job Description

From the beginning of your adventure with us in our Buenos Aires office, you will be tasked with:

• Preparing, analyzing, and explaining financial statements and end-of-month entry adjustments, as well as monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting models, and any other analyses requested by the parent company
• Performing the reconciliation of ledger accounts and preparing journal entries
• Providing recommendations on how to improve performance and financial control
• Conducting account analyses and handling other related tasks
• Participating in the preparation of audit files
• Preparing and analyzing cash flow requirements and bank balances
• Observing tax regulations and monitoring taxes (with input and advice from the local accounting firm)
• Reviewing payroll entries and accuracy
• Reviewing consolidated and financial reports (Colombia/Argentina)
• Supervising two accounting technicians
• Providing support to the Colombian team
