Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a new member with focus on accounts payable to our cracking finance team! 

The role and responsibilities

Tobii is expanding at warp speed and so is the finance department. Today, the finance department at Tobii consists of six people, who together with an international team handle all finance related work for Tobii AB and Tobii’s European subsidiaries.

Your days will be filled with

• Independently working with accounts payable
• Contacts with suppliers and registration of outgoing payments and accounting
• Reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Intercompany reconciliations and reporting
• Participating in developing the Finance department’s processes and routines

We are looking for someone who 

• Has relevant education or knowledge acquired outside school
• Have a few years of experience working with administration and finance
• Is fluent in both English and Swedish. Additional languages are a plus!
• Has great MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
