Agile Coach / Scrum Master (f/m)

About the role: 

• Implementation and optimization of agile development at Blacklane.
• Ensuring effective, collaborative and transparent work within the IT teams as well as with other teams and colleagues.
• Technical project management, progress tracking and release management.
• Coaching and support of IT, product management and stakeholders in project management questions.
• JIRA administration and configuration.

What we seek: 

• 7+ years’ experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks and tools.
• Experience in coaching teams on the topic of agile software development.
• A degree in computer science and/or experience in software engineering is a plus.
• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.
• You are a team player, with the ability to motivate the team to improve each day.
