Associate ICM Analyst

Overview

As an Associate Analyst on the Incentive Compensation Management team you'll be responsible for supporting the administration of sales commissions for TIBCO’s global Sales and Services teams. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, and Sales/Services leadership in order to drive consistent reporting. You will ensure accurate and timely payout of sales commissions in adherence to TIBCO’s policies. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Calculate monthly and quarterly commissions, timely and accurately, for employees based on commission plan provisions
  • Process new hires, terminations and hierarchy changes, in accordance with commissions plans, in commissions system (Xactly)
  • Design user acceptance testing for calculation logic, data tables and reporting in commissions system (Xactly)
  • Review uploads of monthly attainment in commissions system (Xactly)
  • Perform accurate and detailed audit of commission statements in accordance with individual compensation plan requirements
  • Responsible for timely and accurate closure of sales inquiry tickets in the sales comp inquiry ticket system (CIS)
  • Perform ad hoc compensation related projects

 

Who You Are

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups, formulas, etc.)

A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize workload and accurately work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

Analytical, detail oriented, organized and a proactive team player 

Posses a high level of professionalism

Pride yourself on being an excellent verbal and written communicator

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, Math, or related degree

Experience in working in a corporate environment preferred

Compensation experience, or related experience desired, but not required
