

AVP, Prepaid Performance Management

Working in pricing team, you will provide strategic direction for products along with involvement in many initiatives on how to drive the growth using variety of parameters such as customer acquisition, retention and commission etc. This role also involves some initiatives for product innovations and ideas. Think beyond the current situation and come up with optimum price and product proposals to grow the company revenue. The role will be the one leading the performance management and the target setting. Solely accountable for/lead the target setting exercise.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage performance tools, processes, and programs
- Translate company goals to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
- Determine appropriate feedback systems for performance planning
- Design and evaluate performance tracking system
- KPI and post evaluations for key campaign initiatives
- Work with cross functional teams ( sales, marketing & finance ) to develop KPI’s and targets
- Spearhead the business performance and KPI’s with clear understanding of what is currently happening in the market (external and internal factors) and come up with actionable recommendations to improve performance
- Able to manage/align key stakeholders with little to no supervision

Qualifications of an candidate:
- Proven track record of channel and marketing optimizations.
- Fast learner and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent Business Case Modelling capabilities.
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Have to be able to present to top management
- Knowledge in SQL
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI ( good to have )
