AVP, Product Owner (Digital Product)

  • Lead and coach an team consisting of product owners, marketers and digital delivery experts to drive the penetration of digital product
  • Provide and support stakeholders (e.g. market, sales, customer service, finance, IT, legal) and team members with business and customer insights and resources of his/her respective during the product and service discovery phase
  • Craft the overall user experience for further business concept testing and customer development with market and customer service teams
  • Help develop and verify business cases with market, innovation, and customer service teams, or within his/her digital team where digital ecosystem is concerned
  • Collaborate and interact with other teams (market, sales, operations, IT, customer services, etc.) where the desired concerns, e.g. Go-to-market plan, business forecast, support staff, IT ops & dev resources from other IT components
  • Provide consultancy to his/her team and other business stakeholders regarding what needs to be analyzed and addressed for own digital marketing campaigns
  • Review and approve reporting, survey, analytics of user demographic, behavior, usage, engagement, etc. for further business review and continuous improvement of digital self-care proposition
  • Provide knowledge, business use cases, insight and resources needed to develop, operate and maintain the company’s digital ecosystem and platforms
  • Take the role of product owner in an agile team consisting of scrum master, business analyst, system analyst, front/back-end engineers, testers, vendor and partners
  • Provide consultancy and translate business questions to products and services for proposition managers (e.g. market, customer service, IT, product owner) regarding the overall product concept and utilization of existing capability of digital ecosystem
  • Develop concept validation approaches and techniques (e.g. questions, survey, focus group, prospect, etc.) with the design and discovery teams and proposition managers
  • Provide supporting info and insights (e.g. user behaviors, usage, digital analytics, timeline, costing, etc.) to help complete the business case with the proposition managers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Gathering business requirements and translating into desired product experience and capability with the design and delivery teams as well as other stakeholders from market, sales, customer service, operations, legal, technology, etc.
  • Manage, control, prioritize or prioritize the backlog of his/her respective agile team with regular communication and alignment with the stakeholders
  • Handle day-to-day sprint activities and issues during a sprint cycle as planned, e.g. make decisions of detailed product specification, solution, technical and business gaps, etc.
  • Review and approve deliverable from his/her agile teams and lead the product demo with stakeholders as well as pilot customers
  • Provide analytics requirements of what needs to be measured and analyzed and lead in data interpretation to help improve customer satisfaction and capability of his/her respective digital products, services and channels
  • Take full ownership of how his/her responsible products and services within the entire ecosystem perform as well as regular improvement and change when needed

Qualification

  • At least 6 years of experience in product and service management on mobile application and website in an agile environment setup
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and coaching a team in the area of product, marketing and IT
  • Strong knowledge and skill in product development & management, digital marketing, design thinking, and digital self-service technologies for consumer segment
