B2B Sales & Marketing Role at an Ambitious Startup!

About us
FeedbackApp is a novel platform that helps companies excel at performance management by focusing on 360 degree feedback which is faster than the usual performance review system. By making use of our app, users will be able to receive feedback on various aspects thus being able to improve performance much quicker. This not only improves work quality but also job satisfaction.

About you
We are looking for an ambitious sales & marketing person to join our journey and transform this startup into a global market leader. The sales & marketing person will drive development and execution of a commercialization strategy for a new app. You will also help build a commercialization infrastructure to drive market adoption of our service whilst being responsible for revenue growth within the organization. You will take a global perspective on market opportunities and lead in the assessment and prioritization of geographic as well as niche market segments.

Requirements:

  • Ambition to grow
  • University degree in business (Marketing or HR domains preferred)
  • A creative sales & people’s person
  • Have a broad interest in technology
  • Be self-motivated and work independently in a highly distributed team.
  • Aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty when the going gets tough
  • At least one year of relevant work experience (B2B)
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies (social etc.)
  • Google Adwords & SEO knowledge is a plus!
  • Fluent in English. Additional EU languages? Now we’re talking!

Your mission:

  • 60% [Sales] development of sales leads, create and build relationships with recruitment staff, converting leads into clients through a consultative sales process, cold calling, manage sales pipeline
  • 35% [Marketing] developing marketing campaigns, developing a social media community through channels such as Facebook, Twitter, building the marketing engine from the ground upwards
  • 5% [Business Development] develop a strategy and provide leadership for business development opportunities, apply with “sales interested” as email subject, originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for revenue growth together with the founder, development of new partnerships, managing communications, conducting market research
