Blockchain Engineer

RigoBlock is enabling creation and management of pooled value. We are building an open system for connecting token exchanges, expert selectors and investors. We are a decentralized team with headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland.

Our technology is used by a number of marketplaces who are looking to offer funds to their clients on top of their existing services. We believe RigoBlock is the basic pillar for organizing value: creating investment funds in the form of software (smart contracts).

We are a highly technical team, including the founders. We offer GRG tokens as part of the compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Create and improve the existing modules of the RigoBlock protocol 
* Research and drive high-level decisions about RigoBlock protocol architecture, incentive structures, and features 
* Spec, implement, test, and audit protocol upgrades and additions 
* Work effectively with a high degree of autonomy, within a collaboratively minded team 
* Keep abreast of the nascent and rapidly evolving blockchain space, and introduce innovative tools and products 
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including engineering (internal and external), research, data science, product management, executive leadership, and recruiting 
* Be a steward and influencer of our early engineering culture

REQUIREMENTS

* A deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptoeconomic protocols 
* Strong knowledge of market structures and exchange related concepts 
* Ability to write very high quality, well-tested code 
* Passion for the benefits of decentralization and the RigoBlock mission 
* The ability to learn and adapt to a rapidly evolving tech stack 
* 2+ years of experience in solidity engineering

PREFERRED

* Knowledge of Solidity, assembly, and the EVM

Compensation

$50K – $100K 
0.05% – 0.1%
