Bookkeeping and Administration Assistant

We are looking for an ambitious student interested in a flexible, part-time job in Aarhus - starting at the end of April 2017.

The job in a nutshell:

As a Bookkeeping & Administration Assistant at AutoUncle you will become part of a vibrant and friendly team located on Klostergade, in the heart of Aarhus. You main areas of responsibility will be bookkeeping, invoicing customers and helping around with whatever administrative tasks might need solving. The position entails flexible working hours and the chance to speak a lot of English. You will be working closely with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and collaborating with our teams in Berlin and Romania (we have a few hackers here as well). At AutoUncle you will be part of a dedicated team for whom passion and agility are the best ways to achieve measurable results.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Bookkeeping & payment registering
• Invoicing & debtor-tracking for our Italian market
• User/Dealer support
• Other administrative tasks

• Speaking Italian is not necessary, but it is a plus
