Business Dev Manager

Ideal Candidate

  • Technical background (Automatic Control and Computer Science, Informatics, Cybernetics), but with a high passion for business (extremely driven)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken
  • Understanding of mobile and web technologies (able to find a high level technical solution)
  • Understanding of mobile and web business market
  • Team player

Responsibilities

  • Actively and successfully managing the sales process (bringing new projects in): lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; hand-over to the project manager
  • Maintaining good relations with old clients and getting new ones
  • Pro-actively finding solutions to get more business
  • Initiating  marketing strategies and coordinating actions to influence the market;
  • Setting sales targets and defining strategies to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
  • Understanding clients’ needs in order to provide them with the best solution
  • A thorough understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives
