Business Development Representative: German speaking

Bynder has been growing and it's no secret. Over the past year we have expanded significantly across Europe and gained great traction, we have grown 350% year on year and that is just the beginning. But to be able to push the limits even further we need you, our new Business Development Representative, who will take responsibility for cultivating potential opportunities and bring them to the level where our sales team can convert them to clients.

You will be working with Head of Sales and other business development representatives on various strategies to make sure that we will always get foot in the door of key accounts and enterprise clients. You will have your individual targets, but you will also be a valuable member of a larger sales team and that means you will truly learn and master the art of tech sales in a fast growing environment of a scale-up.

You will be working closely with Marketing on periodic marketing campaigns, helping to craft effective strategies to target specific accounts and markets. But, that's not all. You will also actively qualify interested opportunities leveraging the power of solutions selling. You will be the very first contact for our new clients who will later become our biggest enterprise champions. And yes, you are right, that makes you a champion as well.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • You are fluent in German and English; any additional languages you speak will be a strong plus

  • Exceptional communicator

  • Peoples person

  • Target orientated

  • Results-driven

  • Strong desire to work in Sales

  • Ambitious and prepared to put in the hours to deliver top-end results for our sales team

  • A team player who is unfazed in handling conversations with senior stakeholders

  • Any proven commercial experience you might have will be a plus. Ideally you have previous experience handling / prospecting leads in a Sales team
