Business Operations Manager

Overview

  • Should have majority of experience of working in IT Services Industry
  • Experience in handling business operations 

What You'll Do

  • Liaise with regions within APJ to schedule effort on delivery engagements. This would involve close interactions with Regional delivery leaders, project managers and Practice Leads to accurately estimate effort and revenue for the projects.
  • Maintain predictability in forecasting of effort and revenue. Track leaves, missing effort from resources and reschedule in a timely and optimal manner.
  • Schedule backlog to ensure revenue for current and future quarters are accurately reflected in PRM. 
  • Identify poor quality backlog for de-booking.
  • Act as the interface between PL and delivery teams during hand off. Ensure smooth transition and resource onboarding in these projects.
  • To attend all revenue forecast calls and will be the contact point for all revenue questions for his/her region. 

Who You Are

  • Understanding of Business Operations – Revenue, Margins, Forecasts etc.
  • Mid-level Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Should have an exposure to Project Delivery lifecycle
  • Should have a good understanding of Delivery Metrics, Operational Metrics and Resource Management Metrics. 
  • Total IT experience of 5 to 8 years

  • Excellent English language communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
