C# Mobile Developer

1Spatial’s mobile development team is responsible for developing targeted mobile applications for a variety of customers, allowing them to streamline their processes of capturing and using Spatial data whilst on the move. Working in a collaborative manner with the customers these applications are developed using the Xamarin framework and makes use of our in-house SDK specialising in mapping and spatial data validation. Using Xamarin lets us develop cross platform (iOS and Android) using a common C#/XAML codebase.

We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable developing simple intuitive frontends for what may be quite complex concepts underneath. You will certainly not spend your days laying out tables of data read from a web service!

As a team we need to keep up with the latest innovations and trends in the ever-changing mobile development field and this role gives the you the opportunity to expand your skills of developing mobile and tablet apps.

• Required Skills and Experience:
  • C# (or strong Java for Android)

• Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of using XAML in either the WPF or Xamarin framework
