For our Zurich based team, we are currently looking for a

Bid Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Leading bids with full responsibility of:
  • following Atos processes
  • estimation, requesting, controlling bid budget
  • bid team crafting and daily work orchestration
• Responsible for the creation of high quality and Atos compliant offers
• Responsible for Risk Management (identification & mitigation actions) for managed bids
• Responsible for the handover of a won bid into delivery
• Contributes in defining the financial business case with Sales and Financial Architect
• Contributes to challenge the solution with Sales, Solution Team and Atos Management

Profile and skills

• University degree (HF/FH) in economics, finance, management or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management / Bid Management experience
• Good team coach, i.e. has good leadership qualities to form, motivate and lead an interdepartmental (often remotely) team
• Basic financial calculation skills (effort, cost, risk, margin)
• Write up skills, quality in language and content of written proposals
• Graphic flair, i.e. ensuring that the final form of the offer document is visually appealing and in line with corporate branding guidelines
• Creative and result-oriented
• Able to lead client conversation around demand, proposal details
• Communicative (open minded, people-friendly, understanding cultures)
• Self-organized, responsible person
• Open to travel across Switzerland and Europe on an occasional basis
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) and any Project Management tools
• Has relevant Manufacturing industry experience in: CPG, Food & Beverages, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Machine & Equipment, Chemical and Discrete Manufacturing
• Has relevant IT experience in: IoT, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, I4.0, PLM, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, MES
• Willing to learn about new industries and portfolios

Language skills: German mother tongue, fluent in English
