For our Zurich or Nyon based team, we are currently looking for a

 

DIGITAL STRATEGY AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (m/f)

 

As a digital strategy and change management consultant you will play a key role in supporting our clients on their path to living digital as the new normal. With your experience in change management you focus on the people side of things, supporting our clients shape and evolve a culture of continuous digital learning and transformation. You will focus on the digital maturity of the organization with a focus on the employees’ strategic and digital mindset, customer centricity, employee centricity and agile ways of working. You are facilitating the process to make digital a lived experience across all levels of the organization, setting up digital learning programs, hackathons, agile coaching and other elements. You will be working with a team of specialists for each of these areas and will ensure the focus on the people side of transformation does not get lost.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Advise customers and partners on moving from digital transformation to digital as the new normal
  • Perform Digital Maturity Assessments using the Atos methodology
  • Review and assess digital transformation roadmaps from a people change perspective
  • Develop Change Management strategies and plans
  • Ensure change management activities are properly factored into the transformation roadmap
  • Analyze and manage stakeholders, ensure senior leader change sponsorship, facilitate the building of change networks, Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change
  • Support training efforts and perform training sessions, facilitate C-level workshops
  • Develop Communication plans and support communication efforts
  • Contribute to the development of Atos methodologies based on projects or personal passion

Your profile

  • You have run or been a part of digital transformation initiatives
  • You have a strong focus on business value generation, customer and employee centricity
  • You are a strategic thinker – familiar and passionate about the transformative power of technologies such as AI, High Performance Computing or robotics and automation
  • You have Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are used to and comfortable engaging with Senior Leaders
  • You have experience in running strategy workshops and the in-depth research to prepare these
  • You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • You are willing to travel in Switzerland and internationally
  • You are fluent in English and German or French
