For our Nyon based team, we are looking for a

 

Senior Change Management Consultant (m/f).

 

As a Senior Change Management Consultant you will play a key role in ensuring our clients meet their business objectives by focusing on employee adoption and usage. You will have impact on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. You will work on projects and solutions that span our four practices: people and organization, experience design, AI and analytics and automation.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Advise customers and partners in the fields of digital transformation, organizational change management and technology adoption
  • Develop Change Management strategies and plans
  • Ensure change management activities are properly factored into the overall project approach
  • For large initiatives lead the change stream or act as advisor to the client change manager
  • Analyze and manage stakeholders, ensure senior leader change sponsorship, facilitate the building of change networks, Identify and create strategies for managing anticipated resistance
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change
  • Develop Communication plans and support communication efforts
  • Support training efforts and perform training sessions, facilitate C-level workshops
  • Contribute to the development of Atos methodologies based on projects or personal passion
  • Where needed, support vision development, business objectives definition, user centric research

Your profile

  • Masters degree in organizational psychology, sociology, behavioral science, or similar.
  • Familiar with Prosci ADKAR or comparable change management methodologies (certification preferred)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in change management of working on technology related projects in multiple industries
  • Experience in adapting approaches to different organizational maturity levels
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Familiar with strategic digital transformation concepts, approaches and challenges, strong focus on business value generation
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good presenter and used to engage with Senior Leaders, strong facilitator
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Fluent English (C2 level) and excellent French (C1 level)
