Description:
Role for Client Manager located in Houston, TX region supporting client's in Texas:
This is a senior position which requires the individual to work independently, making sound decisions based on client knowledge and industry experience. Review with the Senior Manager as required.
It is preferred that the individual possess a thorough knowledge of IT Service Delivery operational components both internal and external and be able to oversee the service delivery. The individual must have the presence to be client facing and host/participate in client meetings. Additional responsibilities: Lead projects, participate in new fund/channel launches, make recommendations and develop efficiencies within the group and other
business units to help support the efforts. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal business partners is critical.
Core Responsibilities
- As a General Manager he/she is accountable for growth, profitability and CSAT for all SL activities on the account
- Face of division, for delivery, in front of the customer to improve customer happiness and secure renewal
- Responsible for fertilization using tool kits and "easy to sell" offering prepared by the Global division
- Responsible for division Account Plan (prepare and execute)
- Responsible for X-SL fertilization
- Build the client intimacy by also facilitating executive level interactions and collecting continuous intelligence
- License to operate:
- Empowered decision maker and SPOC for SL-led account
- “Specialist sales on Mkt-led clients
- Owns Account Plan process incl. budget preparation, in synchronization with client executive and client Managers,
- Drives the upsell generation process and tool usage
- Act as supervisor on client manager to improve ability to sell
- Leading people and customers across many different cultures and understanding how to make relationships work
- Build positive relationship at all level of the customer organization including CXO level
- Atos knowledge: Internal tools / processes, Offerings
- Customer intimacy and competition intelligence
- Management skills: client P&L owner, program management, risk management
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience is required

5 years of experience in IT Managed Services required

Minimum 3 years sales support, or client services required
