KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Client Manager, you’ll play an essential role in the servicing of client accounts on a day-to-day basis. You will be highly organised and process driven, have strong analytical and excel skills, and will be tasked with delivering the smooth day to day running of several key accounts. You’ll build strong relationships, and have daily contact with mid-level (and senior) stakeholders on your accounts. You will be their primary contact, but have the full support of the Client Partners and management team. Most importantly, you’ll be seen as a trusted advisor with a sound strategic understanding of your client’s business requirements.

The role requires a broad skill set so you should be comfortable working across different areas of the business to create the best experience for our customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an assigned portfolio of Clients - delivering fantastic customer service and adding value to their business at all times;
  • Training for clients on the technology and how to manage their campaigns across Driftrock, both face to face and over video/phone;
  • Keeping clients up-to-date on latest product features and enhancements;
  • Forging strong relationships with your Clients, helping them realise the value of Driftrock;
  • Supporting the monthly billing and invoicing of clients;
  • Driving retention and reducing churn;
  • Quickly resolving advertiser issues, including campaign performance and product bugs;
  • Helping to launch new features and changes in a controlled manner across all our clients;
  • Collaborating with customers, other client managers/partners and product development team to design new product features and improve existing ones;
  • Support Driftrock Marketing by writing blogs or articles and project managing case studies from customers;

You’ll be an inspirational team-player, interacting positively with senior internal and external stakeholders. You won’t be afraid to get stuck in and will thrive on the challenges the role presents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 year’s minimum experience in a customer facing role at a SaaS company or agency;
  • Experience in building and managing Client Relationships, delivering strategic advice and recommendations, and examples of high retention and growth developed from your client’s business;
  • Strong commercial awareness; demonstrable experience of identifying growth opportunities in a client base;
  • Great understanding of the digital landscape;
  • Technical competence and understanding of SaaS software and API’s;
  • An innate curiosity about digital media and technology and willingness to learn;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Organised and structured approach to managing clients;
  • Professional and “can‐do” attitude;
  • Team player;
  • Comfortable in a fast‐paced and constantly evolving environment;
  • The ability to handle several tasks and know how to prioritize effectively;
  • Confident self-starter; highly organized;
  • You have the right to work in the UK.
