Responsibilities: Responsible for execution of Cloud customer provisioning Plan and execute regular software patches and upgrades in Cloud environment Handle different types of customer requests (user management, connectivity issues, troubleshooting) Become part of the 24x7 Cloud team Perform system application administration and troubleshooting of client's proprietary applications Participation in internal projects concerning new client provisioning, upgrades, interact closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues Communicate and provide support via email and support management applications Must have: Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Excellent English Knowledge and understanding of Networking fundamentals (IT Foundations as a minimum, Networking fundamentals a plus) At least 1 year experience in IT or operations related job (or at least 1 year experience of supporting web applications) Linux working knowledge Advantages: Knowledge and experience with Linux administration Knowledge in bash scripting or any other script language is a plus An understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, virtualization and Cloud computing Employment conditions: • Excellent salary and an opportunity to grow within the company • Induction programs • Participation in all stages of the development process from architecture design to development using SCRUM methodology • Exchange experience by working in different teams of professionals • Recognition programs and rewards (Employee of the month gets 1 additional vacation day) • Coverage of certification program expenses • Company sponsored events and team buildings • Co-subsidized sport card that gives free access to a great number of sports facilities • Additional Health insurance (after your probation period) • Nice and friendly atmosphere
