What You'll Do

  • The job holder will be expected to perform the following:-
  • Develop working knowledge of a specific set of TIBCO products and their supporting technologies.
  • Participate in a wide range of consulting project activities: design, development, implementation, integration, deployment and testing, working with other Consultants, Senior Consultants, Project Managers, Lead  Architects to deliver application integration solutions
  • Participate in the communication of mutually agreed upon expectations
  • Participate in requirement gathering and design session
  • Demonstrate service orientation and enjoy the challenge of problem solving complex
  • Develops working knowledge of TIBCO business, organization, and objectives.
  • Communicate challenges or risks proactively and appropriately
  • Focus on and develop a path for customer success.
  • Provide guidance and technical direction to team members and the rest of PSG as appropriate.
  • Task tracking at a personal level and adhere to quality standards
  • Provide successful solutions to company business/ technical issues
  • Develop detailed and realistic estimates

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience (includes software / integration technology development)
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred in Computer Science
  • Must possess a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem solving complex situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to make appropriate scoping decisions.
  •  Strong time management skills
  • Experience in any of  TIBCO skills (BW, EMS, BE, Administrator, BPM, RV, Hawk, iprocess, spotfire, Activematrix) and acquiring Certification in the installation, configuration and implementation
  • Good understanding of development skills like Java, J2EE, C# and C++ the software development life cycle
  • General knowledge and good understanding of programming languages “built into” TIBCO products, including, HTTP, XML, AJAX, SOAP, Web Services, JBI, application server internals and the Eclipse environment a plus.
